We firmly believe that the innovation is the growth factor and, therefore, we invest heavily into the research and development. We invest nearly 15% of our revenues annually into the research, development and engineering. To grasp the best know-how and to gain an access to latest technology, we co-operate closely with the best universities and research institutes in Central Europe. So we are able to retain the contact with the latest development in our area of activity, including our participation in development of unmanned aerial vehicle, emission-less aircraft, testing of new materials and equipment etc.
